Celebrating the second anniversary of River Mall was a day filled with unforgettable moments and vibrant energy. Set against the backdrop of a scenic riverbank, the shopping center’s creative team outdid themselves by constructing a breathtaking stage on the water, accessible by two graceful bridges. From the sunny afternoon to the star-lit evening, the celebration offered endless excitement and joy to everyone who attended.
I had the privilege of capturing every angle of this remarkable celebration as the event photographer. Inside the shopping center, a dynamic mix of activities unfolded. Guests explored beautifully designed photo zones and brand exhibitions created by project partners, each adding a unique flavor to the event. I moved between these areas, documenting the lively interactions, smiles, and excitement of the attendees as they registered receipts for the grand prize—a raffle for two Mazda 3 cars.
One of the standout activities was the Take a Cat adoption zone. This heartfelt initiative provided a haven for stray cats, each patiently waiting for a new family. The area was as beautifully designed as it was meaningful, and it became one of the most popular attractions of the day. By sunset, all the cats had been adopted, leaving not just memories but lasting bonds. Capturing these tender moments between visitors and their new furry companions was deeply moving.
Outside, the festivities were in full swing. Guests participated in fun-filled contests and games, with winners taking home valuable prizes. Throughout the day, young performers took to the stage, filling the air with music and laughter. As night fell, the grand finale began, with headline performances by iconic Ukrainian bands SKAI and Lyapis Trubetskoy, alongside the charismatic Serhii Mikhalok. The energy of the crowd was electric, and the music echoed across the river.
Working on such a large-scale corporate event was a true highlight of my career. Capturing the joy, the energy, and the carefully curated details of this anniversary celebration was both challenging and rewarding.
