There’s something truly special about model test shoots. They give you the freedom to either plan every detail — or surrender completely to the moment. And I love both.
As a photographer, I find so much inspiration in working with professional models. They know their bodies, they understand movement, and they bring so much depth with even the smallest gestures. That freedom allows me to focus not just on posing, but on everything else — the light, the lines, the colors, and the feeling.
This shoot took place in the heart of the city, on the territory of a large university known for its monumental, modernist architecture. The space was bold, clean, geometric — and incredibly photogenic.
What I loved most was how perfectly it paired with the model’s outfit. Together, it created a clean visual story where nothing was extra. Just the person and the form.
As a fashion photographer, I’m obsessed with how space and style talk to each other. In this session, I got to play with contrast, structure, shadows, and a touch of color theory — all while capturing a personality that shines through the minimalism.
It’s shoots like these that remind me: fashion isn’t just about clothes. It’s about character, composition, and the way someone owns their space.
