The corporate event for Lifecell, a leading mobile operator, brought together employees from across the country in a single, grand venue. Over a thousand people gathered in an atmosphere of celebration and inspiration. The event was thoughtfully divided into zones, each offering a unique experience.
The entrance area featured an impressive interactive photo zone, where attendees could capture the excitement of the evening. Moving further, there was a lounge area designed for quiet and relaxed conversations. The centerpiece was a massive hall with catering, a concert stage, and stunning decorations in the company’s signature style. Highlights included laser-lit photo zones and a champagne wall, adding a touch of luxury to the celebration.
The event showcased speeches by the company’s CEOs and international management team, who celebrated the year’s best employees and projects while setting ambitious goals for the upcoming year in the Ukrainian market. A well-known stand-up comedian hosted the evening, seamlessly blending humor with the formalities. The entertainment lineup featured creative ensembles, cover bands, and an unforgettable headline performance by the renowned Ukrainian band, The Hardkiss.
For me, capturing The Hardkiss on stage was one of the most exciting and meaningful moments of the entire event. This is a band I have admired for years, and the opportunity to work so closely with them felt both exhilarating and deeply humbling. It was not only an honor but also a great responsibility to photograph such iconic artists. The thrill was heightened when the band’s manager granted me exclusive permission to work right next to the stage, a privilege not extended to the other photographers, who had to shoot from a considerable distance. Being so close allowed me to capture the raw energy, emotion, and charisma of the performance in an intimate and dynamic way.
This extraordinary corporate event was held at the luxurious grounds of an elite golf club, offering a setting as grand as the occasion itself. A large team of professionals was involved in bringing this event to life, including one of Ukraine’s top event agencies.
I had the privilege of working in a team with two other photographers and four videographers. Together, we divided responsibilities across the various zones, ensuring no moment was missed. Thanks to our coordinated efforts, we captured this celebration as a vibrant story, with every significant and meaningful moment immortalized in our cameras. Documenting this event, especially the performance of my favorite band, was an experience I will never forget.
