Wherever I go, my camera is always with me. I never know where the next story will come from — but somehow, it always finds me. Just like this one did in Kraków.
Before the trip, I mentioned on Instagram that I’d be visiting the city — and soon, a message came. A young model had just returned from her contract in China and wanted to refresh her portfolio. We instantly clicked.
This shoot had the structure of classic model tests — clean, elegant, focused on showing her natural beauty and versatility. But I wanted more than just standard portraits. I wanted the images to feel alive.
So we turned it into a short, stylish walk through the historical center of Kraków. We blended simple posing with dynamic moments: a breeze catching her hair, reflections in shop windows, footsteps echoing in narrow streets, the rhythm of the city flowing around her.
The result? A shoot that both showcased her as a model and reflected her personality — set against the charming texture of Kraków’s old town. It’s always special for me, as a photographer, to create something between editorial and emotional — where form meets feeling.
This session reminded me once again: even when I travel to rest, I’m never really “off” — because storytelling is part of how I see the world. And when beauty, presence, and place come together like this — it’s impossible not to photograph.
