Some plans take weeks to build. This one took even longer. Deep had envisioned everything perfectly: a private boat off the coast of Positano, the sun dipping low behind the cliffs, and the moment he would ask Nandini to be his forever. I was there as their photographer, ready to capture that fragile, extraordinary second when a question changes everything.
But the weather had other ideas. Throughout the day, the forecast shifted endlessly—wind, rain, rough sea. We prepared a backup plan with a car, just in case. And yet, something told us to wait. To trust. And then, almost as if the coast itself was rooting for them, the sea calmed. The rain stopped just in time. The boat was ready.
We went ahead with the original vision. Sailing out onto the water, Positano’s colorful houses glowing softly in the fading light—it felt like the world had exhaled. Even though the sun hid behind the clouds, the atmosphere was intimate, moody, and deeply emotional. When Deep dropped to one knee, Nandini’s tears said everything words could not. I worked quietly, documenting every gesture, every glance, every unspoken promise. That proposal photoshoot became something I will never forget.
Afterward, we stepped onto the beach in Positano for a few more quiet frames—just the two of them, still glowing from the moment, the waves behind them whispering their own congratulations.
Deep and Nandini are one of the most strikingly beautiful couples I have ever had the honor of working with. Their warmth, their grace, their love—it radiated in every frame.
