We met just a few months before, working together on another creative project. She told me then that when the time comes, she’d love to book a shoot with me — not just for the photos, but for the feeling. And when that moment arrived, she travelled all the way across the country to make it happen.
She knew exactly what she wanted: a session that would help her reconnect with her femininity, her softness, and her strength. We kept everything minimal — simple clothes, honest light, and space to just be.
We started with natural light portraits to let her ease into the moment gently, capturing those quiet, glowing looks. Then we switched to studio lighting, playing with contrast, shadow, and mood to bring out her bold and confident side.
Her outfits were simple — a white shirt, denim, a swimsuit — but they gave space for her personality, her energy, and her beauty to shine.
As her photographer, I guided her through every pose, helped with styling and mood, fixed her hair and makeup, and made sure every detail felt right. This is something I do in every shoot — whether it’s a personal portrait, a couple in love, or a family moment.
I believe in creating a safe, relaxed space where you can truly be yourself — and feel amazing doing it.
She was so happy with the result. Even years later, she still tells me how much this photoshoot meant to her — how it made her feel seen, beautiful, and full of light again.
